- (1) Microwave oven per room
- (2) Dorm-size refrigerators per room are permitted
- Small lamp
- Computer (wireless internet provided in many locations)
- Toiletry items: toilet paper, personal hygiene products, cleaning supplies, etc.
- Shower curtain and shower rod hooks
- (1) TV and a coaxial cable for TV hookup per room
- Stereo with headphone jacks and headphones
- Removable adhesive products to hang pictures, posters, etc.
- (2) Combination locks for securing wardrobe
